Last Updated: October 27, 2025
This E‑Sign and Electronic Communications Notice (the "Notice") explains how Autospend (Stable Payments Inc.) and its partners deliver legal and regulatory information to you electronically. By using the Autospend platform, creating an account, or activating an Autospend Card, you agree to receive all required communications electronically, subject to the terms of this Notice.
1. Scope and Relationship
Autospend (Stable Payments Inc.) provides the technology platform and customer interface for the Autospend ecosystem, including Autospend Cards, Wallets, and other financial or agentic services. Autospend works in partnership with Rain Holdings, Inc. ("Program Manager"), Signify Holdings, Inc. ("Issuer"), and other third‑party service providers, including Borderless and its affiliates, to deliver payment, compliance, and settlement services. Each of these partners may provide their own legal or regulatory notices, statements, and disclosures. Your consent to receive electronic communications from Autospend also extends to these service partners to the extent necessary to operate, support, or maintain your account or card program.
2. Consent to Electronic Communications and Signatures
By agreeing to this Notice, you consent to receive disclosures, agreements, statements, receipts, notices, and other communications electronically ("Electronic Communications") in connection with your use of the Autospend platform and services. This includes communications delivered via email, in‑app notification, dashboard messages, text message, push notification, webhooks, or through other digital methods supported by Autospend or its partners. You further consent to the use of electronic records and signatures for all agreements and consents related to your Autospend account.
3. Delivery and Access
Electronic Communications may be provided directly by Autospend or by its partners (including Rain Holdings, Inc., Signify Holdings, Inc., and Borderless) using the contact information you provide. You agree that delivery occurs when an Electronic Communication is sent to your registered email address, displayed in your Autospend dashboard, transmitted via API, or otherwise made available through your account.
4. Withdrawing Consent and Paper Copies
You may withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Communications at any time by contacting Autospend Support at [email protected]. If you withdraw consent, Autospend may suspend or terminate your access to digital services that rely on electronic delivery. You may also request paper copies of specific documents by contacting support; fees may apply for paper delivery.
5. System Requirements
To receive and retain Electronic Communications, you must have:
- A valid email address

- The ability to download or print documents (for example, via PDF reader software)
Autospend may also send PDF copies or links via its mobile app or dashboard. You are responsible for maintaining access to compatible devices and secure connections.
6. SMS and Push Notifications
Autospend and its partners may send you text messages, authentication codes, transaction alerts, and push notifications related to your account or card activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non‑essential text or push notifications at any time through your settings or by replying "STOP" to text messages.
